How does EARN get paid?

EARN directly contracts with organizations that need amazing nurses. They agree to pay us when we find an excellent fit. As a nurse, you will never pay or have your pay reduced working with EARN. Using twenty years of local data, our pay assessment tool ensures that everyone knows what you should be compensated for your experience.
